Our Story

As a single mother of 2 boys in the early 1990’s, Terry took a $5k inheritance to $6.5 million in 12 years, before many books were written or TV flip shows appeared on the scene. 

Jason was initially a client of Terry’s with a goal of quitting his job. He had been denied the ability to buy a home with a prior lender before he met Terry. After hearing Jason’s story and his goal of buying enough property to quit his job, Terry hooked him up in the right places. Within 6 months, Jason owned 6 units and was able to quit his job and become a full-time investor. Of course, along the way, they married and have become a couple exuding passion and purpose to teach & coach others how to fulfill their dreams utilizing real estate. Jason is a licensed contractor, real estate agent and does Home Inspections. 

Together, they’ve helped over 3000 people buy & sell homes with their real estate investment coaching skills. They’ve also renovated over 350 homes and bought many rehab and rental homes without any of their own cash.

Prior to real estate, Terry was an Occupational Therapist in nursing homes and started one of the first Alzheimer’s units in Minnesota back in 1986. Terry became the Ultimate Goal Planner from being a therapist. Never satisfied with a no, she will help those clients, who are diligent, accomplish their dreams in this ever–changing game of real estate.
